Steve and the gang go above an beyond what they offer. My panel was acting up, gas gauge was always acting flaky and a light was out. I wanted a new one, however the price is ridiculous and they don't offer new ones with LED. I sent my in to get the "works" done on it. I hooked it up at night, and WOW!!! it looks and acts way better than a new one. I am going to refer anyone i know with a GM to these guys. Awesome Job!!!!

If you guys want someone honest this is the man.I thought my oil pressure gauge was bad so I call Big Mike and he took a look at it. The man is honest and told me my gauges are still good, it is my oil sending unit that's bad. Thank you Mike.

Steve is the Man! My cluster started to act up and I wnated to get it fixed. I figure why i was at it, might as well have him do and LED swap too. It came out great and looks amazing. I recomend Steve every time i hear of someone with issues with there cluster, or anyone who wants and LED swap. Great service, fast turnaround!

My gauge cluster in my 2003 GMC Sierra had been acting up for months. Gauges not working, PRND21 backlight dim, gauge backlights out, etc, etc. I had taken it to the dealer for an estimate on fixing it and they gave me what looked like a phone number to do the repairs. So, I just dealt with the inconvenience of not having a speedo or gas gauge. Finally, I got sick of it and I found GM Gauge Guys on EBay. I just got my cluster back and I couldn't be happier with the repair! All my backlights have been upgraded with light blue LED's, (they look awesome!) all my indicator lights work, and most importantly, my speedometer and gas gauge along with all my other gauges work!!! All this for 1/6th the cost the dealer wanted. And I wouldn't have gotten the cool LED's! The turn around time was amazing. I am in Boston, and had my cluster fixed and back in a week!!! Great job guys!

Steve did a very thorough job of explaining my options, corresponding pricing, turn-time, etc. Love the blue gauges almost more than my new paint job!! Great bang-for-the-buck upgrade. You won't be disappointed.

I came across your info via EBay. I called and spoke to Mike and ended up going to Glendale to get my guages repaired about 1 month ago. Not only was the repair quick and effective, the LED's look great! Mike is a very personable individual and this comment cannot begin to truly describe the great service. I appreciate it very much. I am recomending to anyone I come across with the guage issue. Thanks Mike!

I stumbled across this ad on Craigslist and clicked on it. I fully read though the website information available and will DEFINITELY be making the drive from Mesa to Glendale to get my gauge cluster repaired and upgraded. I have an 05 Silverado thats orange. Im getting the Amber LED upgrade, fix my crazy gauges, and maybe even get a custom over lay on top of that. Im so excited. For over 3 years now the only gauge that has worked is my gas gauge (thankfully), its time to fix that and now for waaaay cheaper then expected.

Sent my instrument cluster from Illinois and got it back within a week. Great workmanship. The panel looks great and works like it was new. Saved me probably $300 by having GM Gauge Guys do the work. Thanks!

BEST repair service. I shipped my item from California and they were able to get it back to me within three days. Why would you waste your money at the dealership? They replaced the guages on my 2005 Chevy Tahoe and did a blue led conversion. If you are looking for a repair, don't hesitate to call these guys. They are very friendly and willing to help. They understand the meaning of customer service and know how to run a business.

Lived with a failed instrument cluster for two years, made an appointment for service, was met promptly, repair completed in less than 30 min.s, excellent work, was worth the drive from Tucson. Would highly recommend to anyone !!!

You guys did such a great job on my cluster! Great service, knowledge and products. They were able to fix my cluster when other speedometer repair services said they couldn't and I would need a whole new cluster. Thanks again guys! James

Steve is a great guy to do business with. He really took the time to explain to me what the problem was and why it was happening. I was a very skeptical at first but in the end was extremely satisfied with the with his quality of work, knowledge and his customer service. And the best part is...since I didn't go to the dealership he saved me $400!!! Thanks buddy!
